Our Parish Knights of Columbus Council is offering a $1,000 Scholarship to one college-bound high school senior who is a member of Our Lady of Sorrows.

• Eligible applicants must be graduating seniors, members of Our Lady of Sorrows Parish, and will be attending either college/university or trade school in the fall of 2025. Parish membership will be
  confirmed with the Parish Office.
• Factors considered by the Scholarship Committee in evaluating applicants include leadership, community/church involvement, and academic achievement.
• All application materials must be submitted in one packet and received or postmarked before July 1^st, 2025.
• To be considered, candidate packet must include:
• • Application signed and dated.
  • One-page essay.
  • List of potential colleges, universities, or trade schools.
  • List of employers or resume.
  • Letter of recommendation.

Scholarship Interview
Applicants who qualify will be contacted by the Scholarship Committee to schedule an interview as part of the evaluation process.  It is requested that a parent be present at any face-to-face interview.
